Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyClick Automation ("the Service"), operated by EasyClick Automation ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

EasyClick Automation is a cloud-based platform that provides ready-made automation tools for individuals and small businesses. Our services include:

  • Hosted form builders with lead capture and auto-reply
  • Google Sheets, Calendar, Drive, and Docs integrations
  • Email automation triggered by forms, sheets, and calendars
  • Calendar reminders and daily agenda emails

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google sign-in. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

4. Free Plan

Every automation pack includes a free tier with limited usage. The free plan allows you to explore and test automations before committing to a paid subscription. Free plan limits (e.g., number of forms, automations, or team members) are defined per pack and may change at our discretion with notice.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly only. There is no annual billing option at this time. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • You will be charged on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel
  • You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • All sales are final — no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial months, unused features, or plan downgrades
  • We use Stripe for payment processing; your billing information is handled securely and never stored on our servers

6. Plan Limits & Upgrades

Each plan has defined limits for forms, leads, automations, and team members. If you exceed your plan limits, you will be prompted to upgrade. We do not delete your data upon downgrade; access to features beyond your plan is simply restricted until you upgrade again.

7. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including form submissions, leads, and automation configurations. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in email abuse
  • Collect personal data without proper consent
  • Upload or distribute malicious content, malware, or phishing material
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Google API & Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Google APIs (Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Forms, Gmail). By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access and modify data within the specific scopes you approve. Our use of Google API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of EasyClick Automation and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by third-party integrations, user error, or service outages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account closure, after which it will be permanently deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
